		<description>You can peel the onions underwater, but when you chop it on the chopping board (I&#039;d hate to try slicing and dicing underwater) it&#039;ll still release sulfenic acid (the precursor). 

The fridge thing doesn&#039;t work, though freezing might by inactivating the enzymes.</description>

		<description>Google Translate is indeed good.  However, it woefully lacks one key language:  Latin. 

With all due respect to the good people of countries such as Croatia or Bulgaria, I would have thought a Latin translator would be useful to many more people.</description>
